Story behind "Destiny: The Winx Saga"
The origin of this series that we now see in the company of the big red "N" comes from 2004 with the animated series «World of Winx». An Italian-American series created by Iginio Straffi and co-produced by Rainbow SpA and Nickelodeon.
On this occasion we find the first adaptation of this children's series will come to real life thanks to Brian Young, a writer and film producer known for "The Vampire Chronicles" among other publications.
This series, which was released last January 22 2021tells the magical story of a group of fairies in Alfea, a study center in charge of teaching its students to master their magical powers. All this, as you can practically imagine at the beginning of the series, is spiced up with love affairs, disenchantments between students, combat and creatures that will try to destroy them.
As the main pillar of this story we have Bloom, a different student than what this school is used to: a fairy raised by human parents. Having grown up as a "normal" girl, she feels very different from the rest of her classmates. But, despite this, she is an impulsive character and, at times, dangerous due to the powers that she hides inside of her.
Perhaps if you have already gone through several contents like this, in which the adventures and misadventures of a group of adolescents who face something that threatens them are recounted, the plot is somewhat repetitive for you. However, we are facing the typical series of success among the younger population and that, due to their closeness in age, they can come to see themselves identified in certain aspects with these characters that we will analyze right now.
Characters of "The Winx Saga"
In this first release of the magical series, we are looking at an extensive cast with several leading roles.
First of all we have abigail cowen in the role of Bloom Peters. He is about a Fairy who was switched at birth and raised among humans. When she discovers that her parents are not who she believed, she will move heaven and earth to find out everything about her origins. She hides a great power that, at times, can be tremendously dangerous. Therefore, one of her main objectives within this school will be to learn to control and manage them at her whim.
Another of the protagonists is the actress Hannah van der Westhuizen like Stella de Solaria. A fairy of light who is passionate about fashion. Of course, unlike the rest, she is a second year student at Alfea.
Aisha's character is played by Precious Mustapha. She is a water fairy, a freshman at Alfea and Bloom's roommate.
On the other hand, we have Eliot Salt Like Terra Harvey. She plays a land fairy raised in Alfea, who has certain problems relating to the classmates of this magical school, especially her roommate, Muse of hers.
And speaking of Musa, the actress in charge of representing her is Elisha Applebaum. It is about a fairy mind that feels the emotions of other people.
One of the male characters in this story is Sky from Eraklyon, represented by danny griffin. He is Stella's ex-boyfriend and the son of the war hero Andreas of Eraklyon.
Another of the main characters in this story is Beatrix, played by Sadie Soverall. She is an air fairy who can manipulate electricity obsessed with finding out more about Alfea's dark history.
Other actors who are involved in the main plot of this series are Freddy Thorp (Riven), Eva birthistle (Vanessa Peters) Robert James Collier (Saul Silva) or Eve best (Farah Dowling).

If you haven't seen any episode of this magical series yet, you should know that its content is hosted exclusively on Netflix.

When will the 2nd season of "The Winx Saga" premiere?
It is too soon to start talking about dates for the second season of this series since, just 1 month since it was released within the Netflix platform. The truth is that, for the moment, there is no official date any but, as soon as we have more details, we will update this article so that you can be informed of the entire process.
However, what we do have is the declarations of its creator in a recent interview. Brian Young knows the discontent of the fans of this series for the replacement of characters like Flora and Tecna. Characters who, in the animated series, are of Latino and Asian origin respectively. In said interview, the creator stated the following:
"I'm not part of the casting process, but if we do get a second season, hopefully we'll be able to address those concerns because I think diversity both on and off screen is vital."
As confirmed by Netflix on its own platform, already It is official that we will see a second Seasonal. In it we could see the arrival of one or both of these characters. In addition to the disappearance of some that we saw in the first season for certain reasons of the plot (without going into spoilers).
