After quite some time hearing about your works and miracles across the pond, the great e-commerce company has decided to launch its proposal for smart speaker in spain and it has not done so with one or two models, but with up to four different versions. Come on, if you don't have one, it won't be because you don't have a variety to choose from. Let's get to know them in detail.
Amazon Echo Dot
El Echo Dot is the smart speaker smaller of the family in terms of proportions (and also price). Like all of its siblings, it is controlled by voice using the Alexa Voice Service assistant, more commonly known as Alexa. Inside it houses a 41 mm speaker, more than enough for any room, and its compact design is also a plus for those who do not want the equipment to be seen too much -its size is 43 x 99 x 99 mm and its weight is 300 grams.
Like the rest of the Echo family, it is capable of control other digital devices that you have at home (and are compatible, of course), so that you can say “Alexa, turn on the shelf light” or “Alexa, set the temperature in the living room to 23 degrees”. In addition, it is compatible with a good number of music streaming services, including Spotify, Amazon Music or TuneIn, among others, and you can use it to "call" another person who also has an Echo.

Very similar to the Echo we have the Amazon Echo Plus. Once again, Amazon is in charge of tightening the nuts of its product to add one more point of value (and price, of course) to offer more options to the user. The Echo Plus comes with high-quality sound using Dolby technology and incorporates a built-in digital home controller Zigbee (the low power communication protocol) and a temperature sensor. It is also compatible with other devices that are compatible with Alexa, just like the Echo or Echo Dot model works.
It is wider than the Echo model, although it is just as tall (148 x 99 x 99 mm) and therefore somewhat heavier (780 grams). It is offered in three fabric colors (anthracite, light gray and dark grey) and in terms of connectors, it has a 3,5 mm line audio input and output. The physical controls on the top are also not lacking in this smart speaker. Inside works a woofer 76mm neodymium speaker and a 20mm tweeter.

Perhaps it is the most special of all. The reason? Your built-in dashboard. Of the four models, the Amazon Echo Spot es the only one that integrates a screen of 64 mm in color in which you can also see information and even play video from Prime Video and other services - for example, you can see a trailer or the news summary of a certain source, Amazon says. Likewise, the screen serves as a means to maintain video calls with other people since it integrates a webcam.
It's design compact (104 mm x 97 mm x 91 mm and weight of 420 grams) and very rounded, integrating a 36 mm speaker and four microphones inside. It does not forget the 3,5 mm audio output and the physical controls, located almost at the back of the equipment due to its particular design.
