They didn't mess around. Samsung held its Unpacked event with the unveiling of the Galaxy Fold , the brand's first foldable phone with a 7,4-inch screen.

It was expected that Samsung would focus attention on what will be one of the revolutionary products of the year, but we did not expect so quickly. The device looks terrific, and while folded it seems a bit thicker than we might expect, the operation of the folding hinge seems quite sturdy and effective.

As it had been rumored, the device has a 7,3-inch main screen and a 4,6-inch secondary screen that will serve to continue using it when we have it folded. Although there are no details of the processor, it has been specified that it will have 12 GB of RAM and a capacity of 512 GB.
One detail we discovered in this presentation is that the main screen has a rather large notch that houses two front-facing cameras. This notch, located in the upper right corner, covers slightly more than 25% of the screen's width, which is quite surprising considering the brand's history with notches, an element they have avoided at all costs in their previous devices.
In addition to these two cameras located on the inside, the device has three rear cameras similar to those of the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ and another camera on the outside that will be used to take selfies while using the 4,6-inch screen.
