Xiaomi has posted a mysterious message on its official Twitter account. The tweet was intended to "welcome a new colleague to the office," however, the accompanying photo contains some hidden details that have revealed a rather significant promotion: Xiaomi's VAT-free day.

As you can see, the brand plans to celebrate its VAT-free day on April 6th in Spain , a temporary promotion that will allow users to purchase the brand's phones and products with a 21% discount. The date is shown on the calendar in the photo and in the list of notes in the notebook—clues left by Xiaomi for users to discover. Details are currently scarce, so we don't know if there will be any limitations on the offer (will any products be excluded from the promotion?). One thing that is clear, however, is that the "office colleague" is Xiaomi itself, since April 6th is the day they will celebrate the brand's anniversary , hence the eye-catching promotion.
