One of the big surprises I had Xiaomi for today was the launch of the new I MIX Alpha. As you already know, the MIX family is characterized by its different phones with bold designs, especially focused on making the most of the screen. But taking into account the screens that are already on the market, how can Xiaomi expect to improve what is present?

As we have been hearing through rumors, this Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha will include a 108-megapixel camera. To be exact, we are dealing with a 1/1,33” sensor that offers a maximum resolution of 12.032 x 9.024 pixels, a sensor that will also be stabilized thanks to the four-axis system that it includes.

This is possibly the most complete, most innovative and highest quality Xiaomi terminal that the manufacturer has ever presented. This is a very daring bet that probably exceeds the manufacturer's own level, and that translates into an expensive manufacturing process that is exclusive at the same time. As they have explained, the body of this Mi MIX Alpha is made of an aerospace grade titanium alloy, being three times more resistant than stainless steel. The finials in the camera area are made of ceramic, while the lens glass is made of sapphire. These materials elevate the device to a new category, and taking into account the peculiarity of its screen, it is normal for the price to go to unknown places for Xiaomi fans. Of course, having a price worthy of a foldable without being foldable is going to be difficult to assimilate.
