NetSuite Next is not a standalone product: It is an activatable experience within Oracle NetSuite. Customers can turn it on with the push of a button, without complex migrations or compromising on existing customizations and SuiteApps, maintaining the visual coherence of the Redwood Design System.
The technical basis is based on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), a unified data model and AI explainable and auditable. With this, the system understands roles and permissions, detects opportunities and risks before they count, and ensures that every action is governed by customer policies.
Ask Oracle: Conversational Assistant with Context

With Ask Oracle, anyone can query and activate data with natural language: the assistant explains the “how” and the “why” of each result, displays visualizations and integrates with the extensions created in SuiteCloud and partner apps.
This translates into less time searching for reports and more time making decisions: from review outstanding invoices or analyze suppliers, explore sales variations or execute defined flows, all without leaving the suite.
