Which models are getting One UI 8 now?
The Galaxy S22 (S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra) is already receiving One UI 8 in Europe, including Spain in the coming days depending on the pace of deployment. The package weighs around 3 GB and bring the latest security level alongside Android 16.
The Galaxy S23 (S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra) they have the stable version One UI 8 is rolling out in key markets. On devices participating in the beta, the download is around a few hundred MB, while on the rest it typically reaches around 3 GB; availability is based on a regional and carrier schedule.
El Galaxy A34 is being updated in Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, with the firmware A346BXXUBEYI7 and a download size close to 2 GBIt hasn't been activated in Spain yet, but it should be later.

How to update and good practices
The rollout is staggered, so it may take a few days for your phone to receive One UI 8. However, you can check it manually from the system.
- Opens Settings on your Samsung Galaxy.
- Sign in Software update.
- Tap on Download and install to search for the new version.
Before you start, create a Backup, charge your phone above 50% and make sure you have enough free space to download and install the package.
After installation you will notice visual tweaks and subtle performance improvements. If you are coming from a beta, the package will be lighter; from a previous stable version, the download is usually heavier.
