The chosen day was finally today, December 7th, although it's worth mentioning that Marvel and Walt Disney Studios surprised us all by releasing the trailer a little earlier than expected. Avengers 4 will be 'Avengers: Endgame'
With the release of this trailer, one of the film's biggest mysteries has been revealed: its title. At the end of the trailer, you'll see that Avengers 4 will finally be Avengers: Endgame , and that it has a clear tagline to sell its story: " The end is part of the journey ."

As you'll see in the trailer, the video opens with Tony Stark adrift, letting us know he has very few resources left to survive. The general feeling among the rest is one of defeat , of having lost too much after everything that happened in Avengers: Infinity War and Thanos' victory, who didn't hesitate to keep his word and eliminate 50% of all living beings. Even so, the superheroes won't stop trying to reverse all this and fight against the situation they're facing. You'll also be surprised by the return of Hawkeye, who appears again in this installment.
The film is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and features a screenplay written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely—the same team behind Avengers: Infinity War . The cast once again boasts numerous familiar faces, including Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark/Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/Hulk), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Captain America), and Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow), among many others.
It was rumored that Avengers: Endgame would premiere in US theaters on May 3, 2019. However, a leak from IMAX, the Canadian company in whose theaters it will also be shown, suggested it could be released earlier, on April 26 , the same day it's expected to premiere in the UK—and therefore the rest of Europe. We'll have to wait for Marvel and Disney to tell us more; at least for now, we finally have a trailer to keep us entertained and quell our pent-up anticipation.
