Amazon Studios has announced the next work on which it will begin work, a fictional series set in neither more nor less than the universe of fallout. The announcement itself has been made through social networks, since with a video on the official Twitter account they have shown a clip with the unmistakable style of the video game that has served to understand what the thing was about.
The Wasteland Tales

If you are not on the Fallout theme, we will tell you about it. The many installments that make up the famous Bethesda saga propose a post-apocalyptic universe born from the explosion of a nuclear bomb. The protagonist, an inhabitant of one of the anti-nuclear bunkers that have saved a small part of the population, must find a way to survive by searching for resources and finding other survivors.
Meanwhile, the player visits places with a lot of radiation, meets mutants and must make decisions that will define his story throughout the game, always mixing touches of humor, and allowing the player to take control of his character to the point of to evolve it in a multitude of aptitudes. Knowing this, what will this new series bring us?

The creators
The creation of this new series will run hand in hand between Amazon and Bethesda, and Kilter Films will take over the production at the hands of Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, known for being the creators and executive producers of Westworld. This detail is interesting to say the least, since the famous HBO series was characterized in its beginnings by offering an approach that reminded of a video game RPG, something that is precisely what we have with Fallout.

This was announced in Deadline, where the producers have also commented that they are true followers of the saga, to the point of stealing time that they could spend with their relatives. It sounds like a commercial posturing, but it could be, because the game absorbs you. That's true.
When can we see her?
We will have to wait, and possibly a long time, before we can play the first chapter of the Fallout series. The announcement at the moment is a way to formalize the agreement and begin to create an atmosphere among the fans, but it is a long way from an upcoming premiere.
There's no word on casting, plot, or a possible shooting start date, so they probably still need to get started on the story, though they'll have plenty of help and inspiration for that, as Bethesda Studios' Todd Howard and Bethesda Studios' James Altman Bethesda Softworks will also be in charge of production.
