'High Life' Trailer
High Life is the new science fiction movie set in space that is about to hit our theaters. Of course, as its first advance was already advanced, you are going to have to forget about great battles, ships and heroic missions; here what we have is pessimism and restlessness, in a kind of space trip with no return in which its protagonists are not even guaranteed to survive.
French director Claire Denis is responsible for this new film starring Robert Pattinson, Mia Goth and Juliette Binoche. His synopsis He tells us that we will meet a group of criminals who are offered, as guinea pigs, a space mission with the guarantee of lowering their sentence. The objective? Supposedly explore the black hole where it all started, although the ship will end up becoming a new jail for them. Among the crew members is Monte (Robert Pattinson), as well as his daughter Willow (Mia Goth), infiltrated the team without the knowledge of the others. The action of the film is initially located five years after this journey to the origin of the universe began, to gradually discover what has happened until reaching the present moment of the protagonist. You have the first trailer, subtitled in Spanish below:
The film has already been seen in some festivals collecting rather mixed reviews: from those who see this film as a great critique of our time and a disturbing picture of how we humans relate to each other, to those who think that Denis got a little out of hand the story, not finishing impacting as much as at least its video advances predict.
You will have to see it for yourself to come to the final conclusion, just waiting until the next February 8 to enjoy it in the cinema. In the meantime, we'll leave you here with the second trailer (not yet available with subtitles, mind you) released just a few hours ago.
