The accessory you always wanted from 'Jurassic Park' can be yours for 200 dollars

The most veterans will surely remember the mythical scene of Jurassic Park in which Dennis Nedry tried to escape from the famous dinosaur park with a collection of dinosaur embryos. And not for failing in the attempt and ending up devoured by a playful Dilophosaurus (which too), but for the container used to transport the samples.

It all started in a secret meeting in San José, Costa Rica. There Nedry met with Dodgson to obtain the first part of the payment and receive the famous bottle in which he would transport the embryos. The surprise was when Dodgson showed him a bottle of shaving foam from the brand Sunbeard, a shaving foam that can currently be found in many stores in the United States and that makes more than one smile when they see it. The jar in question hid a secret compartment that could be accessed by unscrewing the bottom of the jar, revealing a refrigerated compartment in which to store the stolen samples.

But what if we could buy an exact replica of that secret storage foam jar? That is just what they propose to us in Chronicle Collectives, since they have created a replica of the original bottle of the film with an official license from Universal Studios and including 15 samples of different perfectly labeled dinosaurs. Unfortunately, the bottle does not include the shaving foam canister function, so you will have to make do with only the secret compartment and the samples.

This collector's item is available for reservation right now, and the first units are expected to begin shipping from October 2020, a somewhat distant date for what the product is. The jar, which receives the name of Cryo Can It is completely made of aluminum and metal, and the internal chassis performs the same movement as the original in the movie. In addition, the product arrives accompanied with Dennis Netry's personal access card.

Of course, like any collector's item, there will be limited units of the product (they have not specified how many) and its price will be no less than $200. No one said that having dinosaur embryo samples was cheap. Tell that to good old Dennis Nedry.
