Taylor Swift has confirmed a double audiovisual offering on Disney+: a docuseries and a filmed concert that will conclude her most ambitious tour yet. The platform will launch Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era and, in parallel, the complete show The Final Show.
The docuseries will feature six episodes and will be released from December 12, with global access through Disney+. The project promises a broad, uncontrived look at the months surrounding The Eras Tour, from its preparation to its cultural impact.
Release date and how it will be released

Disney+ will distribute the docuseries in three batches: two episodes on December 12, two others the December 19 and the last two the December 26. Thus, the launch will be staggered over three weeks.
The filmed concert, Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show, will arrive on the platform since December 12thIt was recorded entirely in Vancouver on December 8th 2024, in the BC Place Stadium, and includes the closing of the tour.
The announcement was released through Disney channels and American television programs, strengthening the alliance between the artist and the company for this exclusive streaming deployment.
This is The End of an Era

The series delves into rehearsals, preparations and life behind the scenes, featuring previously unreleased footage from the weeks leading up to the big shows. An 89-second preview posted online previews the tone and provides access to the crew's work and rest periods.
Among the apparitions are Ed Sheeran, Sabrina Carpenter and Gracie Abrams, regular collaborators of the artist during the tour, as well as occasional participations of other guests and the presence of travis kelce in a special appearance at Wembley.
The creative team is led by Don Argott (direction) y Sheena M. Joyce (co-director), with the production of Object & AnimalThe show is conceived as a chronicle of the development, scope, and behind-the-scenes look that turned The Eras Tour into a global phenomenon.
The Final Show: The Full Vancouver Concert

The film of the last concert includes for the first time the block of The Tortured Poets Department, added to the repertoire starting with the European leg of 2024. The result is a complete and updated set compared to other previous versions.
Unlike the 2023 film shot at SoFi Stadium, this installment features the royal closing of the tour and documents the atmosphere of the last venue, with a staging designed for the farewell of the project.
The direction is in charge of Glenn Weiss, with production of Taylor Swift Productions in association with Silent House ProductionsThe footage is intended for home consumption in streaming, without set cuts.
The tour that changed everything and background

The Eras Tour covered 149 concerts in front of about 10 million attendees between March 2023 and December 2024, consolidating itself as the tour with highest collection to date and raising the bar for live production.
Swift already brought the tour to theaters in 2023, and later to Disney+, and reached a Spotify streaming recordThat movie did not include the block of The Tortured Poets Department, added in 2024, so this new package on Disney+ offers the more complete vision of the Show.
The European leg, with stops such as Madrid, showcased the show's expanded format and explained its media coverage. The docuseries and final concert document both the culture impact like the technical and human work that made it possible.
With both releases, Disney+ and Taylor Swift bring this stage to an orderly close: six episodes to understand the phenomenon from within and a definitive concert to relive, at home, the last night of a historic tour.
