The Citation 200 has been presented at this very particular IFA 2020 (in which everything is being more online than ever), demonstrating once again that design and good performance do not have to be at odds, although for this, of course, you have to pay a fee. considerable amount.
But before talking about its price, let's look at the design. We could say that the Citation 200 is as if Bang & Olufsen and Bose had come together to do this project together. And it is that the appearance of the equipment is inevitably reminiscent of the Beolit 17, due to the colors and the handle, and at the same time to the SoundLink Revolve+ due to the rounded shape of its body.
So we have a team of curve lines (much more than the Citation 100) and with a wide handle for transport (and that also serves as a decorative element). It is clothed in a woolen fabric from the Kvadrat firm, with a special treatment that repels dirt, as well as having protection IPX4 against water splashes (interesting to use it in certain areas where it may be more "in danger").
Inside, we find a 1-inch high-frequency unit and a 5” dynamic midrange speaker, as well as two passive subwoofers. You can use both its WiFi and Bluetooth connection to play streaming music, being compatible with AirPlay and Chromecast as well as the google smart assistant.
The autonomy of this Harman Kardon speaker is eight hours of continuous playback, thanks to a battery that you can charge through its own base that accompanies the speaker or through a USB-C cable - when you take it to another place and do not want to carry accessories.

The new Harman Kardon Citation 200 can be purchased at two tone that you will be seeing in the images of this article: Winter Gray (light gray with brown handle) and Classic Black (black with also dark handle).
