Apple, you have to manage to create the external battery with MagSafe

The best accessory that could receive the iPhone 12, especially the mini model, may never see the light of day. However, we will be positive and we will think that it will, so cross your fingers if you had thought at some point that it would be great to have one Apple external battery compatible with MagSafe.

Less wallets and more batteries

Apple presented its new iPhone 12 and one of the outstanding features in each and every one of them, in addition to the design change and logical improvements in features such as cameras, was the use of a new type of connection called MagSafe.

Thanks to this connection, the iPhone 12 can make use of special chargers that, through an imaging system, allow an exact fixation that improves the charge itself. Although it is not the only use that can be given to this connection.

This magnetized circle has given rise to other brands creating everything from supports to accessories such as a wallet to carry your cards. The latter was done by Apple itself and it is a complement that seems to have fit quite well for many users who did not hesitate to bet on it. Even more so considering that there were different colors and they could combine them with that of their devices or covers.

However, the MagSafe connector could lead to other, much more interesting types of accessories. Especially one that would be great for any user who makes very intensive use of their iPhone (even owners of a 12 Pro Max with greater autonomy) and it would practically be essential for those who decided to bet on the iPhone 12 mini. A very compact, powerful and capable device, but with a battery that is too limited in autonomy.

This new accessory is neither more nor less than a Apple external battery with MagSafe connector. In the iOS 14.5 beta, there have been references to a battery that would connect or, rather, charge the phone through this MagSafe connection. This same information is corroborated by Bloomberg, but it also indicates that it may not see the light of day because they should first solve problems such as bad alerts due to overheating and the correct connection and detection when an iPhone is placed with or without a case.

External battery with Apple MagSafe, will it come true?

Taking all this information into account, the the first external battery from Apple arrives with MagSafe connector is something that it is not clear at all. And it would be a shame if it weren't, because an accessory like AirPower can be more or less replaced, but such a battery would be great to have on a day-to-day basis.

because the battery case that the company launched for past generations was very attractive, but it was only for models with a smaller screen diagonal and required removing the cover that you used as daily protection. A battery that does not depend on a cover, that can be put on and taken off just by bringing it closer thanks to the magnets and the experience that Apple could provide to it could make it something ideal.

That would be a great use for the new MagSafe connector and surely sales would skyrocket quickly as it can be used with all current and future models. So hopefully if it is due to a problem in terms of heat generated, charging speed, etc., everything is resolved and they end up presenting it. Maybe in March when it is beginning to be rumored that on the 16th there would be a keynote.
