Have you ever thought about what would happen if you were without power for a few hours? For some, it might not be a big deal, but for others, it could be a real disaster (especially now that working from home is so prevalent). In those situations, a portable power station is a very useful tool. It might sound like something out of a post-apocalyptic movie, but it's a must-have backup in almost every home.
Do you feel the overwhelming need to have one now? Well, you should know that the best one, the Bluetti EB55, has just arrived in Spain and it comes with a great offer.
Bluetti EB55, the definitive station
Portable power stations are the perfect solution when you run out of power unexpectedly, as well as an ideal companion when we are going to travel to areas where we know we will not have this crucial resource in our lives -for example, if we We go camping at certain locations.
These units can charge everything from smartphones and tablets to laptops and small appliances, which have significantly higher energy demands. Depending on the power consumption of each device, the charging station's battery life will vary, but the Bluetti EB55 provides ample power for quite some time thanks to its 537 Wh capacity ( one of the most stable and long-lasting batteries in the industry , with up to 2.500 charge cycles before its capacity drops to 80%), and a 700W output.
This small box, considered the successor to the acclaimed AC50S model, can be charged in several ways: through the car (via the 12V charging port), from our power adapter (in 3 and a half hours you have it at 100%) and by solar energy (it includes a cable for this in the box but the panels are purchased separately, be aware).
You might be wondering how big a box like this is. The good news is that, despite its large capacity, it has manageable proportions: 19,8 cm high, 27,8 cm wide, and 19,9 cm deep, weighing 7,5 kilograms. Its casing is also fire-resistant and it's available in various colors, all of which include a folding handle for easy transport and rubber feet.
