Box Note Pro and Nova Pro
Onyx has taken advantage of the busy fair of the CES 2019 to introduce their new e-readers. We are talking about the Note Pro, with a size of 10,3 inches, and the Nova Pro, with a 7,8″ Carta HD screen. In both cases we are talking, how could it be otherwise, of panels with electronic ink with integrated front light and touch support with Wacom technology to be used with an unusual companion in readers: a stylus.
In addition to the generous display of 10,3 inches (1.872 x 1.404), the Note Pro It stands out for doubling its RAM compared to its brother Note, thus having 4 GB. It does the same with storage that reaches 64 GB, compared to 32 for its aforementioned catalog companion. It integrates a 4.100 mAh module that should give you autonomy for about 20 days of uninterrupted use.
As to Box Nova Pro, it is a version with a screen of 7,8 inches (1.872 x 1.404) and therefore more compact than the Note, thereby also reducing the amount of RAM and internal memory, which becomes 2 GB and 32 GB, respectively. As for the battery, the figure also drops to 2.800 mAh capacity.
Both this model and the Note Pro use Android as the base operating system, but they have a very personalized and simple interface that will make it difficult for you to recognize the OS of the green robot -in fact, you won't even find access to the well-known Google services or the store itself from Google Play.
Price and availability of the Note Pro and Nova Pro
Onyx has announced that its big screen model, the Boox Note Pro, will be available in the month of April, although it has not revealed for the moment at what price it will be. For any guidance, the current Note model has a cost of 530 euros.
As for the Nova Pro, it will also hit the market in April, with no price announced at the moment either.
