It was scheduled for sometime in March, and finally, following the rumors that surfaced in recent hours, Apex Legends Season 1 has begun today . The new event is available right now and includes all the new features we'll show you below.

For the more initiated, a Season is a pack of content that will arrive regularly throughout the year, and with which we will receive new legends, new loot and new special events. EA presented a calendar with which we can see at a glance how the year will be distributed with the seasons, so there will be fun for a while.

Season 1 Content: Wild Frontier

The most striking element of Season 1 is the arrival of Octane , a new Legend distinguished by his apocalyptic appearance with metal legs. According to his backstory, Octavio 'Octane' Silva is a speed freak who lost his legs in a race and now seeks victory and the adrenaline rush to stay alive in Apex. His ability is tied to his main weakness, speed, as this character increases his speed at the cost of health , although he has an infinite health supply that will keep him alive indefinitely. His ultimate ability is the Launch Pad , a launcher that all team members can use to soar to new heights.

Season 1 Battle Pass Price and Content

Priced at 950 Apex Coins (around €10), the Battle Pass is available starting tomorrow for anyone who wants to get it, including all the new features listed below:

  • New Legend skins: Lifeline Revolutionary, Wraith Survivor, and Mirage Outlaw.

What is the Battle Pass Bundle?

This is a more advanced battle pass that lets you level up quickly. It costs 2.800 Apex Coins and will instantly add 25 Season 1 levels to your account upon purchase. If you're at level 1, you'll jump straight to level 26, and if you buy it when you're at level 50, you'll jump to level 75.

What happens if you don't buy the battle pass?

You won't be able to access all 100 exclusive items, but you'll still receive a Wild Frontier Legend skin, 5 Apex Packs, and 18 Wild Frontier stat trackers.

When will Apex Legends Season 1 be available?

The new Season 1 will arrive tomorrow March 19 at Apex LEgends. You only have to start the game to update it and start enjoying the news.
