The long wait is almost over for Santa Monica Studios' masterpiece to finally arrive on PC. God of War Ragnarök will land on computers on September 19th , so if you're still unsure whether you'll be able to play it or where to download it, we've compiled a list of minimum and recommended system requirements to help you get everything ready for launch day.

The game will be available for download on September 19th via Steam and the Epic Games Store , giving you two digital stores to download and add it to your library. The game will include technologies such as NVIDIA DLSS 3.7, AMD FSR 3.1, and Intel XeSS 1.3, allowing you to play at higher resolutions while optimizing frame rates, and will have an official price of €59,99.
The game will take up 190 GB of space, and it needs to be an SSD to run, otherwise it won't function correctly. But that won't be the only high-end requirement.
Minimum Requirements
To be able to play God of War Ragnarök on PC, you will need at least a computer with an Intel Core-i5 4670K or an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 processor, as well as an NVIDIA GTX 1060 or an AMD RX 5500 XT graphics card. With that and 8GB of RAM, you'll be able to set the game at 1080p and 30 frames per second with the graphics settings at minimum. It won't be like playing on a PS5, but at least it will be playable.
However, it is recommended that you have at least 16 GB of RAM, a Core i5-8600 or an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, with an NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super or an AMD RX5700 to be able to play at 60 FPS and with graphics at level half.
The total experience, with 4K gaming at 60 FPS and all kinds of effects in ultra quality, requires an Intel i5-11600K or an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, with a graphics card between an NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti or an AMD RX 7900 XT.
