Forced by the untimely leak that appeared on the networks, the people at Rockstar were forced to publish Trailer 1 of GTA VI to put an end to speculation and finally discover the best (or worst) kept secret of the last 10 years. And there was a lot, a lot of desire for GTA, and the first video that shows it has not disappointed anyone. And what a visual spectacle it is.
The GTA VI map
For the first time we have been able to see the city that will come to life in GTA 6, and the result could not be more spectacular. We are obviously in Vice City, a city inspired by Miami that has so many details that it will be impossible not to get lost in the streets looking for hours at buildings, advertisements and NPCs in general.
The images have shown part of the city with its skyline, remote areas in mangroves full of alligators and the unmistakable beach of Miami Beach. It looks like the map will be huge, but at the moment we don't know its extent. You just have to look at the first image to see that the skyline is quite far from the area shown, so all of that would be an explorable map. Immense.
A protagonist in prison
Lucía will be one of the protagonists of this new adventure, and it seems that everything will begin in prison, where after spending some time inside (she was wearing an orange jumpsuit with the word "Inmate" -prisoner- on her back), everything points to that they will grant him freedom under surveillance, since in the promotional images of the game we can see how he wears a locator on his ankle.
The graphic quality is surprising in the first seconds of the trailer, where we can see a model with many details and textures. Spectacular.
Club Nine1Nine?
In the aerial images over the beach we can see in the background a small plane carrying a promotional poster that reads: “Nine1Nine. Why sixtynine when you can Nine 1 Nine.” Something tells us that it is an in-game advertisement that refers to the city's nightclub.
A very lively city
The beach scene still seems impossible to us, so we are going to leave some room for doubt. And we can see a map full of NPC characters, something that gives a great visual appearance giving the impression that the city is alive, but today it is difficult for us to believe that PS5 and Xbox Series Will we see downgrade in this aspect?
Lots of social media presence
In the trailer, much emphasis is placed on the appearance of publications on social networks, showing publications from various profiles within the game. There are so many details that everything indicates that this element will have a lot of importance in the game, since it could be a way to break the fourth wall and allow users to continue interacting in Vice City without playing the game.
vehicle customization
We have seen a couple of vehicles with the Vice Vinyl logo, which invites us to think about a vehicle customization business located in the city where we can give a personalized touch to the cars we get in the game.
Comparing reality
On Reddit they have already made the first comparisons of the game's appearance with real-life Miami, and as you can see the resemblance is incredible. We are looking forward to taking our first walks around the city and discovering surprises of all kinds.

The trailer has left us with several scenes that seem to portray the most filthy and striking fauna of the United States, and everything seems to indicate that once again Rockstar will know how to bring out the most hilarious satire of American society. GTA VI will not hit stores until 2025, so we are going to have to continue suffering with the wait, reviewing all these images over and over again until Rockstar delights us again with a new trailer.
