The hard work that realme has been doing all these years is commendable. The company arrived in Spain in 2019 and has since carved out a niche for itself in the mid-range market. The key? Launching phones with select, highly desirable features while keeping the price down on other, less important aspects. It's precisely this balance that their new realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ continue to strike , two devices that have just arrived on the Spanish market with different price points to suit all tastes.
The best of the realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+
These are the qualities that we think are most interesting in new smartphones.
The design of the 11 Pro+
The Realme 11 Pro is fairly ordinary: its matte black plastic casing doesn't stand out in any way, although the camera module is somewhat more striking due to its large size. The 11 Pro+, however, focuses entirely on design. The phone boasts a beige vegan leather back with a central gold stripe and stitching that gives it a very original look—it's also available in green and black.

The design is rounded out by copper-toned edges that give it considerable personality , and a camera module that also features these tones. You may like it or not (there's no accounting for taste), but you can't deny the brand's attempt to differentiate and give a special touch to its top-of-the-line sibling.
Quick charge
Realme has long prioritized fast charging in its devices, and this model is no exception. The 11 Pro boasts a 5.000 mAh battery that performs quite well in daily use and is paired with a 67W charger, providing a quick and satisfying power boost. However, the real star (surprise, surprise) is the 11 Pro+, which uses the same battery but with a 100W charger , making the phone incredibly fast when recharging. This actually compensates for its slightly shorter battery life, as its 5.000 mAh power consumption is more demanding than its sibling's, and it shows.
Light and manageable
Both phones are surprisingly light and thin in your hand. Despite the size of their screens (a 6,7″ curved AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, by the way), the devices are comfortable to hold and carry thanks to their light weight.

The worst of the realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+
These are the features that have least convinced us of these phones.
discrete processor
Both phones feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor , which, while adequate, isn't anything to write home about. We'd like to see a more powerful processor in this area. As mentioned, it performs its function well, but we would have liked to see a bit more in this regard.
Much noise and few nines with the cameras
The new Realme phones also place special emphasis on their cameras; however, in reality, they're nothing extraordinary. The 11 Pro+ boasts a 200MP sensor, a truly impressive feature that unfortunately offers little practical application in everyday use. Beyond that, it has an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens that deliver satisfactory but unremarkable results . As for the 11 Pro, we find a similar situation: a lot of hype surrounding a 100MP sensor, followed by a 2MP sensor for portraits. If they hadn't made such a big deal about the cameras, I wouldn't even include it in this section—I'd leave it in limbo, as something average, neither better nor worse—but the hype surrounding the cameras has only made the disappointment greater.

If you have to choose a phone for its camera, the Pro+ undoubtedly offers better results, especially in color processing, closer to reality than the 11 Pro and higher definition. Keep that in mind.
Too much blotware
The sheer number of apps that can come pre-installed on a mobile phone is overwhelming, and these Realme phones are no exception. Both ask you at startup (during the initial setup) if you want to install a long list of apps (mostly games), and by selecting no, you think you're finally free of all that junk. Nothing could be further from the truth. Right from the start, you'll find apps like Miravia, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Booking, and LinkedIn installed on your phone , without anyone even asking.

Prices and availability
The new Realme phones are now on sale in Spain. The Realme 11 Pro 5G (its full official name) costs €359 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration . This is a promotional price valid until June 30th. After that date, the price will be €399. There is also a version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage available for €379 on Amazon, although it is currently on sale for €339,99.
As for the 11 Pro+ 5G , with 12 GB and 512 GB of storage, it has an official price of 519 euros, but now it can be obtained (until June 30) for 469 euros.
