On the occasion of the celebration of its tenth anniversary, Instagram wants to celebrate its first decade of life with the launch of a hidden function that will allow users to change the application icon to various models to choose from.
The return of the Polaroid camera

It is a hidden function that we can activate from the configuration menu, and it is that we will only have to carry out a simple movement of dragging downwards until revealing a row of icons that will appear at the top of the screen. If you keep dragging, you will reach the end of the row and the confetti will explode to celebrate the party.
At that moment you will have activated the hidden menu, so all you have to do is select the icon with which you want to change the appearance of Instagram from now on. Among the options we will find the three original icons that were based on the Polaroid that inspired the developers to create the icon, but also other colorful proposals based on the current gradient logo, as well as a couple of simple and elegant monochrome options.
How to activate the secret menu

To activate the hidden icon menu, you must have the latest version of Instagram installed and access the application's settings menu. Once inside, drag down to reveal the icons in the upper area and keep dragging until the confetti appears.
