If the demands of a battle royale don't allow you time to hone your skills and learn how to navigate the Verdansk map in Call of Duty: Warzone, there's nothing better than a practice session to refresh your reflexes and experience firsthand what awaits you around every corner of the game. Want to create your own match to play with friends? Here's how.
private practice game
You shouldn't feel bad for preparing a game with colleagues without touching the official servers where players fight at all hours to raise their ranking. On the contrary, it is a very simple way of getting practice among friends, who will always be much more tolerant and receptive to the mistakes that we can make in order to experiment with what we will find in the real world. That is, those life or death games where there are important points in games to climb the world rankings.
That's why we're going to tell you how to create one of these sessions quickly and easily, taking advantage of the options Activision has created. First, go to the Warzone main menu , where you'll find the Private and Practice Match section . This option lets you create matches to play only with the friends you want, offering an access system that only you and the profiles you select will know about. However, as we'll see later, there are certain requirements to meet.
To access this menu, simply select the option at the end of the list in the Warzone main menu , within the Start tab.

Review the basics
The first time you played Warzone, you had to complete a quick tutorial to learn the basics of the game. This step is crucial for understanding what everything in the game does and, therefore, getting the most out of all its features. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the basics related to discovering and opening crates, upgrading weapons, earning money, and purchasing power-ups.

You can learn all of this in just a few minutes, but if you didn't quite grasp it all, we recommend reading it again. This feature is specifically called " Warzone Orientation ," and it's a good place to go when you haven't fully understood everything that happened in a match.
Practice playing against bots
Another particularly useful tool for a player who wants to get into multiplayer with confidence and not always die right away is fighting against bots—soldiers controlled by the computer itself. These are perfect for learning how to attack, defend, and so on. While the console or computer's AI is very advanced and can't predict how a human opponent will behave, they are a good alternative for fighting enemies that will help you successfully navigate certain situations and encounters later on in online modes.

To access these bot battles, go to the Battle Royale Practice option. You'll play in the area of the map called Quarry , and CPU-controlled bots will be deployed alongside you, allowing you to infiltrate and react to surprise attacks from some of them.
If you've never won a battle royale , this could be your chance to do it for the first time. All for the sake of seeing that helicopter animation!
learn to steal money
For better or worse, the rewards and money that Warzone provides are the driving force of the game because thanks to them we can improve our profile, so in the case of private matches, we can create rooms where it is not only important to survive, but to become the ones who have collected the greatest profits and riches.

This mode is known as Loot, and as we mentioned before, you'll have to collect as much money as possible scattered across the map. The player or team with the most money wins the match, but it won't be that easy, as the game features different mechanics that can change the course of the skirmish. Thanks to the Loot Training option , you can practice to become the best and avoid going out into the field unprepared for the best chance of getting the most riches.
temporary events
Warzone players know that throughout the year, opportunities arise to earn more money than usual, thanks to limited-time events that only occur three or four times per season. If you're a player who's constantly online, you might not find these events very frequent, but if you only play occasionally, remember to check when these special events are happening.

However, the positive aspect of these limited-time events also brings with it all the negative consequences. During these periods, the number of players increases considerably , and therefore, the skill level required to overcome the challenges and access the treasures becomes exponentially more difficult. So keep this in mind and consider, if necessary, other, slightly safer paths.
Create your own Battle Royale
All of the above is great, but if you want to go a step further, there's nothing better than organizing our own battle royale sessions with the rules we set, far from the standards we'll find in the online matches that Warzone opens to all users.

Technically, it's a private match where we'll only let our friends in and fight each other. It's called Warzone Private Match , and you can configure it with all the modes listed below:
- BR - Quartets
- BR – Trios
- BR – Duos
- BR – Single
- BR – Mini (up to 78 players in one section of the map)
- Loot – Foursomes
- Loot – Trios
- Loot – Duos
- Dirty Money – Quartets
- Dirty Money – Threesomes
- Dirty Money – Duos

In addition to the above, you will be able to select if you want the squads of each team to be filled randomly or manually (each player will choose which one they want to participate in) and you will only have to wait for everyone to be connected to start the game and give the starting gun to start the shots.

However, the problem with private matches is that not everyone meets one of the requirements : you need to bring 23 other friends to meet Warzone 's minimum player limit . Since these matches require a minimum of 24 players, getting so many people together can be an insurmountable obstacle. But who knows, maybe a social media post or word of mouth at school, college, or university could create one without much trouble. Right?
Can I make the session public?
